Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage an efficient B2B customer portfolio with clear KPIs & KRAs.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and achieve company goals.
  • Research and build strong business relationships through networking to generate new B2B clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Code of Business Conduct across the team.
  • Analyze P&L, monitor sales revenue, and drive performance for both individual customers and the overall department.
  • Grow and manage an existing client portfolio through proper account management processes.
  • Identify upselling opportunities from the current client base.
  • Prospect for new clients while maintaining exceptional first-class account management.
  • Penetrate large-scale organizations and successfully close agreements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG (B2B & HORECA channels preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language is an added advantage.
