Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage an efficient B2B customer portfolio with clear KPIs & KRAs.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and achieve company goals.
- Research and build strong business relationships through networking to generate new B2B clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Code of Business Conduct across the team.
- Analyze P&L, monitor sales revenue, and drive performance for both individual customers and the overall department.
- Grow and manage an existing client portfolio through proper account management processes.
- Identify upselling opportunities from the current client base.
- Prospect for new clients while maintaining exceptional first-class account management.
- Penetrate large-scale organizations and successfully close agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG (B2B & HORECA channels preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic language is an added advantage.
