Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with personalized product knowledge, showcasing features that meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic upselling techniques.
  • Maintain an organized inventory, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and replenished promptly to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up effectively to foster strong client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid understanding of sales principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in retail or a similar environment, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry is advantageous for understanding market dynamics and customer preferences.
