Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our company is looking for a results-driven Salesperson with a strong background in the plastic manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling plastic products (such as PET jars & bottles, HDPE caps & closures.) and an excellent understanding of customer requirements and market trends. This role is key in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market share. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical product demonstrations, and proposals. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to achieve profitable sales. • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth. • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order pipelines in the CRM system. • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills: • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in the plastic manufacturing industry (B2B). • Strong knowledge of plastic products, processes (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding), and applications. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
