Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management Identify, approach, and acquire new business clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Sales Planning & Target Achievement Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust plans to achieve goals. Negotiation & Deal Closing Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial terms. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules. Market Analysis & Business Development Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver solutions. Customer Support & Retention Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction. Strengthen long-term relationships for repeat business.
