Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Immigration Consultant with prior experience in visa processing and counselling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective clients through the immigration process while driving conversions through effective sales
strategies. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration procedures, and a consultative approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Counselling: Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa options, eligibility, and application processes (European Countries e.g., Lithuania, Bulgaria, Malta, Albania). Provide expert advice on immigration processes, visa requirements, and global mobility solutions to clients
- Sales Conversion: Drive sales through high-quality consultations, follow-ups, and closing techniques. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery
- Lead Management: Handle inbound leads and enquiries, convert prospects into clients through structured consultations.
- Visa Process Support: Assist clients with document collection, application preparation, and submission.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage lead generation, conversion rates, and target achievement goals
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and country- specific regulations.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with processing and documentation teams to ensure timely and successful client outcomes.
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures for European Countries (e.g., Lithuania, Bulgaria, Malta, Albania).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
