SALES EXECUTIVE – UAE COSMOPLAST

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role is responsible for selling plastic outdoor and household products to a wide range of institutional customers across the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with excellent relationship management, ensuring growth of the customer base while achieving agreed sales targets.

• Promote and sell plastic outdoor and household products to institutions, including schools, hospitals, government entities, contracting companies, catering companies, hotels, restaurants, municipalities, nurseries, food processors, fisheries, and universities.
• Expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate effectively with Stores, Credit Control, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Report on customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and potential opportunities for new products.
• Execute sales promotions and trade incentive schemes.
• Introduce and promote new products to existing and potential customers.
• Recommend cross-selling opportunities by suggesting complementary products.
• Ensure products are well-presented, clean, and properly displayed at customer outlets.
• Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications.
