Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the timber and building materials industry.
- Manage and grow relationships with contractors, carpenters, furniture manufacturers, interior fit-out companies, and other key clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic sales planning and effective customer relationship management.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company pricing strategy and policy.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager or senior leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: AED 7,000 (fixed)
Commission: Attractive commission structure based on monthly sales performance
Company Car: Fully provided
Mobile Allowance: SIM card and usage allowance included
Visa & Health Insurance: Sponsored by the company, in line with UAE labor laws
Annual Leave: 30 calendar days of paid leave per year
Air Travel: Annual round-trip air ticket to the employee’s home country
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in timber, hardwoods, or related building materials within the UAE or GCC market.
- Strong knowledge of timber species, dimensions, and applications in construction and joinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
