We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and students Counselor to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student admissions, guiding prospective students about our courses, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The roles and responsibility

• Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into enrolled students through calls, meetings, and follow ups.

• Promote and sell educational courses, certifications, and training programs to individuals and organizations.

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs to match their career goals.

• Maintain a database of leads and track all interactions using CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to represent the institution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

• Keep up-to-date with course details, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for business growth
