Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Identify potential buyers and sellers through networking, cold calling, and referrals

Conduct property tours and site visits with prospective clients

Promote and sell residential/commercial real estate projects

Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price and terms

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and legal documentation

Prepare and present competitive market analysis (CMA)

Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile


Candidates must have 1 to 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach


Salary will be determined based on interview performance and experience, ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 10,000.
