Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This role involves engaging with clients, identifying their property needs, and facilitating successful transactions for properties based in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, an understanding of global real estate markets, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Actively identify and engage with international clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on international real estate markets to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive offerings.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and property tours to international buyers and investors.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for clients and the company.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers across various countries.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to generate leads, including networking events, online platforms, and industry conferences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns for international properties.
- Follow-Up: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ months of experience in real estate sales, preferably with international clientele.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles and international market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
