Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential leads for IT hardware supply (laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.) through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic networking.
  • Visit client sites across Dubai and nearby regions to conduct initial discussions and collect technical/ commercial requirements.
  • Following up on dormant or disconnected leads and revives potential business opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Create and submit basic proposals with a keen understanding of client needs and available product options.
  • Coordinate closely with the technical and inside sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and closure.
  • Build a rapport with IT decision-makers and develop a strong sales pipeline for supply, with long-term potential for project-based and service-based upselling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English
  • Additional command of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic
  • Willingness to travel across the city for client meetings and site visits
  • Geographical knowledge of Dubai
  • UAE Driving License considered an advantage
  • Technical understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, networking basics)
  • Ability to research and approach the right contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Capable of using CRMs and lead-tracking tools
  • Proficient in professional email writing and WhatsApp Business conversations
  • Strong verbal and written communication with persuasive storytelling ability
  • Skilled at handling objections, building trust, and following up till closure
  • Street-smart, target-driven, and always looking for the next opportunity
  • Passion for tech and a natural hunger to grow with the business
