Roles & Responsibilities
Sales executives are responsible for driving high-quality product sales and managing client relationships. Their duties typically include:
Client Engagement
Identify and reach out to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts.
Sales Process Management
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Track sales metrics and performance reports.
Customer Support
Address client inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback to improve products and services
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Interiors, or related field.
Skills and Abilities
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
Valid Driving License in the UAE
Experience
Proven sales experience with CRM and MS Office knowledge.
Minimum 2-to 4-year experience in Sales
