Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new elevator AMC sales opportunities within a defined territory, focusing on building strong client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments for potential clients, understanding their elevator maintenance requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the value proposition of elevator AMC services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability for the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications in elevator maintenance or sales, such as Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or similar.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in elevator sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of the elevator industry, including technical knowledge of elevator systems and maintenance practices.
