Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road, and Logistics). Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts in line with company guidelines. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and provide weekly/monthly reports to management. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Salary based on numbers of business Similar to 4 times of expected Salary.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Road). The role requires strong industry knowledge, client acquisition skills, and the ability to develop customized logistics solutions for customers.
