  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills (e.g.,arabic, hindi, urdu, malyalam,Spanish, Mandarin) being a significant advantage in diverse markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the hospitality sector, and a deep understanding of the needs of hotels and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel and restaurant clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging and disposable item solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, or cafes).
  • Based in dubai or riyadh with a strong network in the local hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A results-driven and proactive mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Saudia And UAE
