Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market dynamics to strategize effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote the company’s offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

We are SNH Packing and All things food , a leading supplier of packaging and disposable items, proudly serving the hospitality industry. Based in Dar Al Baida,RIYADH AND DUBAI we specialize in providing eco-friendly and high-quality solutions to hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills (e.g.,arabic, hindi, urdu, malyalam,Spanish, Mandarin) being a significant advantage in diverse markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the hospitality sector, and a deep understanding of the needs of hotels and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel and restaurant clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging and disposable item solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, or cafes).
- Based in dubai or riyadh with a strong network in the local hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A results-driven and proactive mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Saudia And UAE
