Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Beige Base is hiring a Sales Specialist in Dubai to drive growth for our digital marketing and e-commerce services and bring in new clients. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and B2B outreach to closing deals and scaling market presence. Role Overview: • Drive business growth by selling digital marketing & e-commerce solutions • Lead generation, lead qualification, and conversion • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel (prospecting to closure) • Work closely with founders on business development and expansion strategies Work Model: • Location: Dubai, UAE (Fully Remote / Work From Anywhere) • Compensation: Commission-based (initial phase) • Career Growth: Achieve targets within 3 months → Fixed salary + commission

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong sales communication and negotiation skills • Experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or B2B services (preferred) • Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
