Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Present and promote investment solutions to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategy improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within investments, financial services, or real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
