Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying and securing new retail partnerships within the home appliance sector, specifically MDA.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home appliance products.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at major retail chains and independent appliance stores.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to increase market share for your home appliance products.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction with MDA products.
- Effectively present and demonstrate home appliance product features and benefits to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client, focusing on MDA.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds at least 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the home appliance industry, with a focus on MDA.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the retail landscape and distribution channels for home appliances.
- Exhibits a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Is fluent in English and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
