If you're passionate about financial markets and thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment, this is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing brokers in the industry.In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe, guiding them through the trading journey - from initial onboarding to active trading and long-term account retention. You'll play a key part in revenue growth by converting leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and building relationships with clients trading CFDs, FX and other multi-asset products.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with leads via phone, live chat, email and social channelsConvert potential clients into active tradersReactivate dormant accounts and drive revenue growthProvide platform guidance and product education to clientsBuild strong relationships and maximise client lifetime valueSupport events such as webinars, seminars and client activationsConsistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targetsRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degreeMinimum 2+ years CFD/FX brokerage sales experienceProven record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of macroeconomic events and trading behavioursKnowledge of CFDs and spread betting productsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in a European languageAbility to work European hours from our Dubai officePositive, proactive and energetic approach to teamwork
