Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role involves driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive aftermarket industry across both local re-exporters and international export markets.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aftermarket sector.
- Develop a thorough understanding of automotive aftermarket products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Person Specification / Qualification
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Part number knowledge is an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales within the automotive aftermarket parts industry.
Skills / Competencies:
- Preferably experienced in Japanese and Korean auto parts.
- Proven track record in re-export sales.
- Must have tangible/proven customer contacts in Africa, CIS, and GCC regions.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong capability to build long-term client relationships.
