Roles & Responsibilities

Are you a self-motivated go-getter who thrives on closing deals and building business relationships? We're expanding our team and looking for a Sales Executive to drive AMC contracts, appliance sales, and rental solutions across the UAE


Sell air conditioners, home appliances, AMC contracts, and rental packages

✅ Develop business with:


  • Vacation home operators

  • Restaurant & café chains

  • Facility & property management firms

  • Contractors & bulk procurement buyers

  • Appliance brands needing subcontracted services

  • Insurance & claim management firms

  • Private villa owners

  • Exhibitions & Events cos

✅ Customize AMC & rental proposals per customer segment

✅ Source and contact procurement & service heads

✅ Convert B2B leads into long-term service or bulk purchase contracts

✅ Maintain strong post-sale follow-up for retention & referrals


Desired Candidate Profile

� Mandatory Experience:

✔️ Minimum 4 years in Business Development at a Facilities Management company || Corporate accounts in Home Appliances industry or Facilities Management co

✔️ Prior experience in the Home Appliances / HVAC industry

✔️ Knowledge and passion for appliance categories and service models

✔️ AMC and rental contract development expertise


� Critical Skill Set:

� Energetic, enthusiastic personality – must enjoy being on the move and meeting people

� Cold calling – should love initiating conversations and generating leads from scratch

� Email database development – ability to build outreach lists from scratch

� Skilled in using Google, B2B sites & LinkedIn to reach key decision-makers

� Persistent follow-up discipline – must be structured and consistent in client engagement

� Self-driven, organized, and outcome-focused
