Sales & Events Executive ACCOR

Role

Works with clients to align preferences and actively sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue and build customer loyalty.
Ensures that business is delivered correctly and in a timely manner for quality service delivery.
Promotes customer loyalty by offering excellent service throughout each customer experience.
Handles business correspondence and creates contracts and other related booking documents, as needed.
Manages the processing of customer requests and prospect requests and achieves revenue and booking goals for the team.
Professional experience
High school diploma or higher; 2 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, customer service, reception or in a related professional field.
OR
2 3 year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management.
