Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Designation: Sales Engineer / Account Manager – Customer Management

Location: GCC (Preferably UAE Local Resident)
Industry: SMT (Electronics Manufacturing, Solar & EV)


Qualification:

  • B Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or service of industrial products in GCC countries

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customer interactions and relationship management.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Assist the Managing Director (MD) and CEO in preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers across departments — including Process Engineering, Application Engineering, and Equipment Performance — to ensure customer success.
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely technical and commercial support.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation as required.
  • Support business growth through industrial marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships through proactive communication and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in report making and MS Office tools.
  • Should have experience or familiarity with industrial / manufacturing environments.
  • Candidates currently residing in UAE or GCC countries preferred.
  • Graduates from reputed institutes such as BITS Pilani (Dubai Campus), Amity Dubai Campus, or similar are highly desirable.

  • Training: Extensive business and technical training will be provided in India (4–8 weeks), focused on SMT (Electronics Manufacturing, Solar & EV).
