Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with sales acumen to support customers, drive revenue growth, and provide technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and expand business opportunities through customer engagement, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Build strong product and solution knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, solution briefings, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Support & Prepare technical documentation, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Respond to technical queries and provide after-sales support to enhance customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product improvement and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and submit periodic activity and sales reports.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales within the Marine or Oil & Gas industry
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Field sales experience is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
- UAE driving license preferred
