Job Title: Sales cum Office Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Availability: Must be currently based in the UAE for in-person interviews
Job Description: -
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales cum Office Coordinator to support both sales operations and office management. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, client coordination, and event participation, while also ensuring smooth office administration and internal communication. This dual role requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Client Coordination
- Assist the sales team with client communication, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for sales-related activities.
- Accompany the sales team to exhibitions, trade shows, client visits, and promotional events.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and prepare regular reports.
- Support in lead generation, basic market research, and responding to client inquiries.
Office Administration & Coordination
- Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Support HR/PRO with documentation related to visas, travel, and employee coordination.
- Track office expenses, petty cash, and assist with simple bookkeeping tasks.
Event & Travel Coordination
- Support planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Manage logistics for staff and guests including travel bookings and accommodation.
- Ensure proper documentation and expense tracking for business travel.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
- Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for in-person interviews.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems or basic accounting is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Willingness to accompany the sales team for events, field activities, and client meetings.
