Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide timely and accurate quotations to customers.

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to handle inquiries and follow-ups.

  • Receive, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Maintain records of sales activities, quotations, client communications & swift resolution of inquiries.

  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while tracking order status.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products to effectively support customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, processing orders, and assisting the sales department in achieving targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic knowledge is an add-on advantage).

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
