Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and recruitment teams in a dynamic manpower supply company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments while assisting in sales.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements (quantity, job roles, nationalities, timelines, etc.).
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and labor supply contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, requirements, and manpower deployment.
- Track and managing documentation including job orders and deployment schedules.
- Liaise with recruitment, operations, and PRO teams to ensure timely mobilization of workers.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback logs.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and renewals of existing contracts.
- Manage communication between sales, recruitment, and client coordination teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates and after-service support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in business, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with UAE labor.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
