Roles & Responsibilities

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator - MICE to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business and ensuring seamless coordination of events.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new MICE business opportunities in the local and international markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of MICE events
  • Conduct site inspections and showcase venue facilities to prospective clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for MICE business
  • Manage client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for MICE segments
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in MICE sales or a related field
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing client base
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and event management tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the MICE industry and current trends
  • Understanding of the hospitality and tourism sector
  • Experience in event coordination and client management
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Certifications in event management or hospitality (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
