Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage credit customer creation and contract documentation accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of cross-functional support requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks, maintain updated data, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Manage invoice submissions via mail or customer portals within agreed timelines.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, purchase orders, complaints, and requirements.
  • Update and monitor credit limits and pricing as per approval and within SLA.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards (HSSE) and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with high attention to detail and accountability
  • Experience in the water or FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP system.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
