Roles & Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and streamline sales operations by managing schedules, client communications, and follow-ups to ensure timely services.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations, utilizing data analytics to track team performance and sales trends.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation by researching potential clients and maintaining an organized database of leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide essential product information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Organize sales meetings and training sessions, preparing necessary materials and agendas to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales team for strategic planning.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination roles, showcasing a track record of assisting sales teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client relationships and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a preference for additional languages based on target markets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to challenges.
