Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator - Car Showroom to support the smooth functioning of the sales department and enhance the customer journey. This role plays a vital part in organizing daily operations, managing sales documentation, and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Prepare and manage vehicle quotations, order forms, and sales agreements
  • Track inventory, bookings, and delivery schedules accurately
  • Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM systems

Customer Support & Coordination

  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and delivery timelines
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team for status updates
  • Ensure smooth handover of vehicles and documentation upon delivery
  • Assist in resolving customer queries quickly and professionally

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales consultants, finance teams, and showroom managers
  • Generate daily and monthly sales performance and stock reports
  • Support promotional campaigns and showroom events coordination
  • Contribute to a well-organized, high-performing sales environment

Requirements:

  • 2 4 years experience in a sales coordinator, admin, or automotive support role
  • Strong knowledge of showroom workflows and CRM software (e.g., AutoMate, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Bachelor s degree preferred
