Roles & Responsibilities

Your tasks:
Conducting technical Zoom checks with our customers to ensure that all requirements for the expert interview are optimally fulfilled
Review and processing of submitted customer documents as well as targeted enquiries in the event of missing documents
Preparation of analytical documents to prepare for expert discussions
Active support throughout the entire sales process, including appointment management as well as preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
Ensuring an excellent first impression through professional, friendly and charming communication on the phone
What you bring to the table:
You enjoy direct customer contact on the phone with your sovereignty, friendliness and charming charisma
Structured, reliable and independent way of working with pronounced organizational talent
Proactive thinking and the ability to identify tasks at an early stage and implement them in a solution-oriented manner
Confident use of digital tools such as Zoom, CRM systems and common Office programs
Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
