URGENTLY REQUIRED !!! Job description: Job Roles Tele-Sales Executive / Customer Service Representative (Immigration Consultancy) Focus on client acquisition, service support, and follow-up calls for immigration, visa, and documentation services. Key Responsibilities Tele-Sales / Client Acquisition Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain immigration services, visa programs, and consultancy support. Generate leads through tele-calling, referrals, and follow-ups. Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by effectively explaining benefits, processes, and timelines. Maintain and update client database with details of calls, follow-ups, and status. Customer Service / Relationship Management Handle inbound calls and respond to queries about immigration, visas, and documentation. Provide accurate and updated information about requirements, procedures, and timelines. Assist clients with appointment bookings, document checklists, and status updates. Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution. Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with company policies. Coordination & Support Coordinate with the processing and documentation team to ensure smooth handling of client applications. Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, or additional requirements. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets by contributing to lead generation and conversions. Keep updated with immigration policies, changes, and country-specific requirements to guide clients effectively. Reporting & Targets Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets set by management. Prepare reports on calls made, inquiries handled, and client status for review. Provide feedback to management regarding client needs and market trends. Skills & Requirements Strong communication and persuasion skills. Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of immigration/visa process (preferred, training can be provided). Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, Email handling).
