Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and fees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and developers.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and regularly report on leads, conversions, and targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives including social media content, website updates, and branding activities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
  • Ensure professional communication and smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development (interior design / architecture / real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Knowledge of UAE market and client handling is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
