Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email to present company products/services, aiming to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals in both English and Arabic, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly to foster loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is non-negotiable.
