Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our boutique team at the prestigious Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury, demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, and have a deep understanding of the high-end retail environment. This role is key to delivering an outstanding client experience and achieving boutique sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and high-level service to clients, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Damiani s product collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship.
• Assist in maintaining the visual standards and presentation of the boutique in line with brand guidelines.
• Support daily operations including stock management, order processing, and after-sales service.
• Handle client requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  
  

• Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Passion for luxury goods, jewelry, and high-end customer service.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) is a plus.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
