Roles & Responsibilities


Required Sales Administrator for a Real Estate Company


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• To meet targets specified by the owner (tasks related to property management) on a regular and consistent basis

• Act as liaison officer between tenants and landlords regarding inquiries, concerns, and/or issues on managed properties

• To address inquiries, concerns, and/or issues reported by tenants and landlords on managed properties and to provide solutions on time

• Preparing Tenancy contracts, NOCs, EJARI registration and drafting other necessary contracts and documents.

• Communicating on any notices or relevant issues to the tenants.

• Coordinate with relevant offices (e.g., building management, DEWA, cooling provider companies) regarding required documents (e.g. NOCs), service charges settlement, tenant move-in and/or move-out settlement, and final bill settlement for managed properties

• Manage and organize rental/Sale collection

• Conduct property viewings, and negotiate deals.

• Daily maintenance management

• Coordinating with tenancy renewal coordinators for tenancy renewals

• Arranging move-in inspections/move-out inspections

• Security deposit settlements with tenants & landlord

• Ensuring units are ready for the next tenant

• Monthly & weekly reporting to the client and internal senior management

• Investigating any building complaints and rental violations

• Coordinate with the Office Administrator in sharing available & upcoming properties with other agents (property valuation report, rental price, chiller inclusion, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven 7 years of work experience as a Leasing Administrator.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Language proficiency and effective communication skills.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in offering expert customer service to clients

• Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner, and a professional appearance
