Job Purpose
Drive sustainable growth across UAE and Oman by managing and developing Valvoline s distributor network. Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability targets while enhancing brand visibility and market share.
How You Make An Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors in UAE and Oman.
- Oversee annual business plans, sales targets, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide strategic support to optimize execution.
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets across assigned markets.
- Identify growth opportunities within B2B, B2C, and workshop channels.
- Lead market development initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution and gather competitive insights.
- Recommend pricing strategies and trade programs based on market dynamics.
- Ensure accurate demand forecasting, order planning, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5 8 years of experience in sales and distributor management, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of UAE and Oman market dynamics
- Proven track record in delivering sales growth and managing P&L
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
