Roles & Responsibilities


In this role, you will be:

  • Establishing contact and developing relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry
  • Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, and networking
  • Selling value-added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts
  • Meeting weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume)
  • Providing client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and providing performance regular reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention
  • Consistently and continuously monitoring client's health and quality metrics ensuring they are in line with management s expectations and ensuring efficient use of service and no malpractice.
  • Communicating effectively to manage clients expectations to ensure they receive a great dubizzle experience.
  • Reviewing clients accounts and highlighting areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales.
  • Online sales experience is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic/Urdu.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven company
  • Strong computer skills with excellent MS office knowledge.
  • Proven success in previous sales roles.
  • Familiarity with the dubizzle website
  • A fast-paced, high-performing team.
  • Multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities
