Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the workplace.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety guidelines.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for staff.
  • Monitor worksite activities to identify unsafe practices and provide corrective actions.
  • Prepare safety reports, incident documentation, and follow-up action plans.
  • Support emergency response planning and safety audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory NEBOSH IGC & IOSH certification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an HSE Officer (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or industrial operations).
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident reporting, and safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication and observation skills.
