Position Overview

What You ll Do

* Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities within the facility.
* Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Monitor staff use of proper PPE and maintain discipline during work and break times.
* Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards inside and outside the facility.
* Maintain harmony and address any indiscipline in coordination with supervisors.
* Organize periodic H&S training and awareness sessions, including safety inductions.
* Record and report incidents and accidents, maintaining accurate documentation.
* Inspect and maintain safety equipment and ensure regular checks and repairs.
* Manage First Aid kits, replenish supplies, and provide first aid as needed.
* Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure emergency exits are accessible.
* Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management and housekeeping systems.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree with NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
* Physically fit, proactive, and a strong team player.
* Skilled in risk analysis, people management, and safety culture implementation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.
* Prior experience in health and safety roles within warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
