Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description

  • Conduct engaging and interactive Russian language lessons tailored to various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.).

  • Customize training content based on department needs, guest interaction scenarios, and brand service standards.

  • Assess the language proficiency of staff and create learning plans accordingly.

  • Organize group classes and one-on-one sessions as needed.

  • Maintain training records and provide progress reports to management.

  • Collaborate with Guest Relations to ensure culturally appropriate communication and service delivery.

  • Develop training materials, visual aids, and vocabulary guides focused on hotel terminology.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and adjust methods to achieve learning outcomes.

  • Support onboarding by offering Russian basics to new joiners, especially in guest-facing roles.


Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Russian speaker with excellent communication skills.

  • Bachelor s degree in Education, Language, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) preferred.

  • Prior experience as a language instructor, ideally within a hospitality or luxury service environment.

  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and customer service excellence.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism.
