Room Attendant A S F Investment LLC

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
2. Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
3. Report maintenance issues or damaged items in rooms to the supervisor.
4. Ensure lost and found items are handled according to hotel policies.
5. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lounges, and corridors.
6. Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
7. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
8. Assist with laundry and ironing tasks as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for long hours.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
