Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Train, motivate, and lead restaurant staff to achieve service excellence
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling and team management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist in implementing promotions, events, and service improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
- Knowledge of POS systems (Micros), basic administrative tasks and computer literate.
