Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve performance and service standards.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Analyze financial reports, track sales, and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to drive restaurant traffic and brand awareness.
  • Support company initiatives to engage with and support military veterans through community programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and guest interactions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Commitment to upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving guest satisfaction.
