Roles & Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills
- College degree preferably specializing in Resort /Restaurant management.
- 3-4 years of bar & beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven experience as a Mixologist, ideally in a 5-star resort or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and mixology tools.
- Certifications in bartending, mixology, or hospitality management preferred.
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong innovative mindset
- The ability efficient financial management of the business
- Strong leadership & organizational skills required
- Strong delegation, and operational skills to effectively manage high-volume.
- Ideal candidate will be driven by beverage innovation and strives for excellence.
