Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives
• Assisting manager in designing research questionnaires and moderator guides
• Briefing the field teams and working with them to supervise and observe the fieldwork to ensure quality
• Moderating focus groups and translating questionnaires, guides from English to Arabic
• Transcribing the information from focus groups / in-depth interviews and doing content analysis
• Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations
• Verbal presentation of the results to the client (it is imperative that the candidate has a strong command over spoken and written English and Arabic)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Graduate or post-graduate in Psychology or Business Management from a reputed institution in the UAE or overseas
• Good written & spoken English is mandatory for all candidates. Arabic proficiency is a must
• A self-starter with a hunger to develop a research career in a creative supportive environment
• Good organizational & interpersonal skills are required
• Attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Passion to go beyond the obvious
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and for long hours when the work demands
