Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To repair, service and setup, or assist customers in the setup of a range of IoT devices and electrical appliances, including robot vacuum cleaners, Wi-Fi routers, smart locks, security cameras, solar panels and more.
To communicate effectively and respectfully with customers regarding product functionality, troubleshooting, maintenance, etc in a manner that successfully minimizes returns and ensures customer satisfaction.
To maintain a clean, safe and organized repair/work environment.
To ensure that repaired units being returned to customers or used for display are cleaned to give a good presentation, and packaged in a safe manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have experience and/or enthusiasm in the setup and repair of IoT devices.
Must be organised, punctual and maintain a neat and safe working environment.
Should have a diploma or certification in electronics, engineering or similar.
Should have experience in the installation of smart locks and other smart devices.
It is preferable to have some sales background as well for the possibility of serving dual roles.
