Roles & Responsibilities
A Relationship Officer in Corporate Banking plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients. This dynamic position involves acting as the main point of contact for both potential and existing clients within corporate banking services. The role entails understanding the financial needs of corporations and providing strategic advice and solutions that fit their banking requirements. This position is not only about maintaining strong client relations but also involves expanding the bank s corporate client base and promoting various banking services and products. It requires a deep understanding of the corporate banking sector and the ability to anticipate market trends and changes. Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop tailored financial solutions to meet corporate clients' banking needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand the corporate client base and increase bank revenue.
- Act as the primary liaison between the bank and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial needs and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery to clients.
- Keep clients informed about new banking products and services that suit them.
- Monitor market trends to offer strategic advice to corporate clients.
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly to maintain client trust and loyalty.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking or client management.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for the role.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
