Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients; conduct outreach, meetings, and product demos.


Understand client needs, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate pricing & terms, and close deals.


Coordinate with internal teams (Sourcing, Logistics, Operations, Finance) for on-time delivery and service.


Track account performance, forecast demand, and drive revenue/GM targets.


Conduct regular business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and improve retention.


Maintain accurate CRM hygiene: leads, activities, conversions, documents, and KYC/compliance.


Monitor market trends, competitors, and risks; provide actionable insights to management.


Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
